Shipping policies

If I live outside of the United States, can I place an order? No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the United States. We do hope to do so in the future, stay tuned for updates. I’m purchasing a gift for someone.

What if they don’t like it? We’re confident all of our products at  will please. We are committed to quality and offer the finest natural and unique products on the market today.

If for some reason you’re not satisfied, we accept gift returns for exchange or store credit, via mail or to a retail store. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or change my order? Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, however, you may return the unwanted items via mail (using your easy return label). Please note: After placing a web or phone order, please  luzflorhm1@gmail.com, 646-972-1672  Customer Care immediately to make changes or cancellations, as your order will begin processing within minutes.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return products for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your package and the shipping location.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items. Please verify that you have provided the correct address before checking out. If your package is marked delivered and you have not received it, you can contact USPS and file a claim.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is offered to customers in the Bronx, NY and surrounding areas. Orders will be ready within 48 hour from purchase. You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick up. Please email or text the phone number provided prior to your arrival. we ask that you notify us with at least 30 minutes of anticipation.
