CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
You have 24 hours after you place your order to make any changes. To make changes to your order you must send an email to luzflorhm1@gmail.com (it is important that you include the order number)

It does NOTaccept changes, cancellations or returns. All items are made to order. But, if you have any questions or problems, please contact us.
WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF THE T-SHIRTS?
Our t-shirts are Unisex. They are a little bigger than a normal women's shirt. For a tight feeling, we recommend lowering one size from its normal size. If you want a looser fit, or if you want to tie it to the side, we recommend that you choose your usual size.
WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Please allow 3 to 5 days to process your order. (Pre-order orders are estimated at 2 to 3 weeks, they could be shorter or longer depending on availability). All orders are made to order and I work them myself.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
The delivery time excludes the processing time. Shipments are made through USPS: First Class and can take between 2 days and 2 weeks. A tracking number for your package will always be sent to you by email. Remember that the time it takes for USPS is not in our hands.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you are beyond the estimated shipping times since you placed your order, send us an email with your order number to luzflorhm1@gmail.com and we will start verifying as soon as possible.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?
If you are beyond the estimated shipping times since you placed your order, send us an email with your order number to luzflorhm1@gmail.com and we will start verifying as soon as possible.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?
Email us at luzflorhm1@gmail.com with your order number, we can reship immediately after shipping fees have been paid. If the address error is the customer's responsibility, the customer should pay the shipping fee.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGES HAVEN'T MOVED FOR A WHILE?
According to the USPS, we must wait 30 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for a lost package. Send us an email if you have not seen any movement in the order within this period of time and we can resend it.
